My Saviour is my lord

Stelon gasped as the door to her small cell was opened, and immediately shut her mouth and stopped her crying. There was a strange power about this man, and she was not sure that she liked it. His face was hidden in the shadow of his hooded cloak, and she shivered. Underneath his eyes there were curious blue markings that she did not understand. She quickly averted her eyes when she realized she had been staring.

She argued for only a moment within her mind, that he might not truly be here to set her free. Mayhaps he was only there to lead her to her death and execution. She did not know. She thought to question how he had gotten there past the guards, but knew better and held her tongue. She looked into the man's face, her eyes transfixed and unblinking as she studied him carefully. She was almost drawn to him, and a strong part of her told her that he spoke the truth.

Even if he didn't, she could attempt to break away from him if he meant her harm...down here, there would be no chance of escape without help.

Any thought of her modesty and filthy appearance was forgotten, and she only nodded to the man who stood before her, reaching her hand out to take his. She feared he would push her back down, but her fears were wrongly placed. The young man pulled her to her feet, her gaze still held by this stranger. He began to leave from the cell, and in awe of the aura about him, she immediately followed, despite the seering pain that shot all throughout her wounded body.
